Taylor Mowers & Equipment has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Taylor Mowers & Equipment will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Taylor Mowers & Equipment for any transactions through this web site.
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Taylor Mowers & Equipment use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand’s largest and most preferred gateway provider at this time.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We will endeavor to dispatch all orders received within 48 hours of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.
We use NZ Couriers or NZ Post for delivery of most goods. Cost of shipping is $9.50 nationwide. There is a surcharge of $4 for rural delivery.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days to request a credit. We expect the product to be returned to us in saleable condition i.e. in its original, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
